Feeling Better Exercises

Unlike many exercise programs whose aims are either weigh reduction or muscle building, our goals are to help one feel and move better and lessen pain. People are taught how to safely increase their flexibility and and strength, thereby reducing or banishing chronic pain or dysfunction caused by muscles that have fallen out of proper fitness. Most students make large improvements if they attend most of the classes for a week. However, even one day's attendance can often identify the cause of the problem and offer some help. Ages of attendees have ranged from 4 to 94. The Show Must Go On

Unlike most workers, a performer must work at a specific time and date, regardless of pain. Proper warm-ups will be taught to prevent injuries and fatigue for musicians, singers, and dancers.
